The ‘Off The Street’ Initiative™
From the Street to Stability
A HeartsFlow Integrated Recovery Model
Founded by Dr. Andy Ansola in February 2000, HeartsFlow Inc. proposes a comprehensive pathway designed to move individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders ‘Off The Street’ and into healing, stability, and permanent housing. The initiative centers on a 150-Bed Wrap-Around Recovery Campus where individuals will receive treatment, structure, life skills training, and housing placement during a 6–9 month residential recovery period.
